Your tasks

• You are responsible for the timely production of new tools.
• You carry out troubleshooting on injection molds and initiate repair and maintenance measures independently.
• They ensure optimal conditions so that their team members can develop optimally and contribute their professional strengths to mutual success.
• Through your independent planning, you ensure compliance with the agreed deadlines for new tool construction, repair, modification and maintenance.
• You coordinate the production times with the project management (turning, milling, eroding, manual work).
• You report daily to management about the current status of production.

your profile

• You have completed training as a tool mechanic specializing in mold technology. A master's degree or a comparable qualification with a trainer aptitude test is required.
• You already have experience and advanced knowledge in the field of mold making, construction and maintenance of plastic injection molds.
• You are confident in using common IT systems.
• You communicate confidently and act in a structured manner with pragmatic decision-making ability.
• Assertiveness, the ability to work in a team and a structured way of working round off your profile.
• Accuracy and a penchant for order and cleanliness characterize her everyday life.
