Werkzeugbau Ruhla designs and manufactures high-precision injection molds and multi-cavity molds for medical devices, pharmaceutical applications and medical disposables. Since the late 1990s, we have supported international customers with demanding medical tooling projects. Our medical injection molds are designed for:

• Syringe barrels and plungers (Luer Lock / Luer Slip)

• Safety needles, needle hubs, lancets, catheter and infusion system components

• Medical caps, closures and dosing systems

• Small, complex precision plastic parts for medical devices

Using advanced multi-cavity mold technology, hot runner systems, precision gating and ejection concepts, we achieve tight tolerances, short cycle times and consistent part quality.
